I'm the founder of Lionel's Legacy senior dog rescue in San Diego. Over the years we have encountered hundreds of senior pets who've joined us with various common and uncommon age relate illnesses. Although we rely on western veterinary medicine to aide us in their recovery process, we often utilize integrative and holistic approaches to maintain and improve overall health which also equates to less vet visits and bill. The frustration we have with conventional western veterinary medicine is experiencing shame around using whole food diets and TCM to aide in overall wellness. What I particularly love about the pet nutrition summit is the consistent messaging from all the speakers who have decades of training and experience. The messaging is clear, extremely informative to the unscientific ear, and allows me as a rescuer to take back the additional knowledge Ive learned and share it with our fosters, volunteers, and adopters. This helps me take back a more informed and centralized message to share with our group. Thank you!

Edward did an excellent job of interviewing a wide range of interesting and highly skilled experts. I learned a lot of new things that I wasn't aware of. From tuning into this summit, I appreciate having a broader understanding of anxiety in my dogs, in particular how to recognise it and I have learned some strategies to ease their anxiety and be more aware of my own.

Anyone who has dogs, wants to be better pet parents, is considering getting a dog or dog professionals who want to enhance their skills and professional expertise.

Unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I missed day #1!!! So far, I Really loved ALL of the informative interviews! I especially enjoyed the interview with Dr. Jean Dodds, as she touched on Homeopathy, which i have been studying for years, but I also use it in conjunction with diet, herbs & supplements to heal pets! I managed to keep my own pet thriving & alive five years past the time that many vets gave her to live, with many chronic, lethal issues! I Loved the questions that Dr. Suter asked, & I feel blessed to have been offered the opportunity to tune in! I only WISH that Dr. Odette Suter could be OUR Vet!!! She is Amazing!!! Thank you so much for sharing! I am always ...& WILL Always be on the path to learning, to make me a better practitioner, when that time comes! Any others...practioners and friends!
