The Behavior information and the information on determining when to use the ER vet is invaluable. I wish I had had that when I had my first dog years ago! I got so much more out of the ER information even though I have taken Pet First Aid twice from a certified instructor! I am planning on rewatching the information to take the notes I didn't have time to write and to be sure to get all the specialist's websites for future information.
