  1. If you ordered a USB Flash Drive or Physical Book we will ship it as soon as possible, however please note that they are only shipped out after the summit has been completed. Some international orders could take 4-6 weeks to arrive. So please be patient. If you require a tracking number please get in touch with support. 
  2. In order to gain access to your digital product, you will receive an email with your membership login details. 
  3. If you have not got an email it could be because of these reasons

    1. You are already a member: in that case you need to login with your old membership password or if you have forgotten select "forgot password" from the login page.
    2. The email is in your junk/spam folder: please check those folders before reaching out to support. You can also just reset your password from the login page. 
    3. You mistyped your email address or made another simple mistake. In that case, no worries we've got you! Just send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 
  4. You will also receive an email with all of your details from hello@petsummits.com - so please whitelist that email address in order to receive important membership updates
