I am really getting a lot from this summit. I’m enjoying and learning so much! My only problem was day two was not available until the third day. Anyone who owns pets! Learn that there are options. One of the first things I learned as a vet tech was the people were clients, their pet was not just a patient.

I loved every speaker and they are such awesome passionate people. I loved all the research done and also research articles that was shown. This was an amazing summit, so many tips and ideas from so many experts to support our senior dogs, with such a variety of subjects and information to explore. Lots I didn’t know. I’m so grateful to have been part of it. Thank you. I would recommend this summit to anyone with a dog of any age. Best to be prepared and aware.

This series covered many topics well, very informative, and my takeaways were the nutrition, the Whole Energy Body Balance, chiropractic, harness overview and end of life topics. Senior dogs are my passion. Our Jenny lived to be 18 with Canine Cognitive Disorder and the quality of life session was very informative - I could have used that a year ago :-). Any pet owner that is interested in helping their dogs as they go through their life, as well as people in pet businesses that interact with dogs of all ages.

I enjoyed hearing learning about pet assessments and what treatments are available for muscular/orthopedic injuries. The euthanasia information is important to know as well. Can anyone advise me about a proper orthopedic pet bed? What is the appropriate firmness and material of a mattress? I think every per owner to have this empowerment of knowledge to guide their pets care.

Throughout the years I must have attended a hundred plus work shops, seminars and lectures. Your four day summit was among the best. It was diverse, informative and down right educational. What I gained will be used over and over again for the rest of my life.

I would recommend this summit to anyone living with a dog, regardless of the dog's age.

I have enjoyed the mobility, massage and sadly the end of life talks. My 12 year old gsd's cancer is no longer in remission as of one month ago and the chemo maintenace and pain meds are only doing so much. It's a decision that we will have to make sooner then later despite her wonderful oncologist and all of his staff and their emergency staff's help in treating her cancer these past 14 months. jj. she loves her animals as much as i do.

The webinar of Dr. Mary Gardner. I found it impressive how she handled this very difficult topic in such a sweet and caring way. I watched it with tears in my eyes and just wished I would have known her half a year ago when I had to let my 18 year old Pomeranian go. My vet did not give me any guidance and denied that my dog was suffering, while my gut told me she did. In the end I had to take the decision to let her go on my own, which was horrible. So grateful to know that it can be different. Anybody that has a senior dog.

Learning so many things about my furry companion that i didn't realise, how diet, long toe nails and many other things impact my dogs health. Things that you usually hear nothing about. Everyone that has a furry companion should watch this summit, especially those with an older dog so that they can make their dogs life more comfortable as it ages.

This was the best event for a senior dog parent. Very helpful ideas and ways to work with our pets.

I especially enjoyed Dr. Gleeson's presentation about simple things to make your home safer and more comfortable for our pets. I am curious about dietary recommendations and inspired to explore those further. I would recommend this summit to any companion animal parent regardless of age in order to prevent aging issues as well as ideas to mitigate effects of aging.

So diverse in the topics covered. It enhanced my own knowledge of holistic health care for our furry friends, in many categories that I too pursue Thanks Ava, etal GB All pet owners , but most assuredly dog owners of course.GB

This is the kind of information every pet owner needs to know. We love our pets and we want them to have healthy, happy long lives. You have given us the power to make that happen. I will be able to communicate better with my vet. I can advocate for my pet because of this new information that I have learned her. This is a blessing for all of us to be empowered pet parents. Thank all of you for your time and knowledge. Everyone that has a pet. We don't want to think of our pets growing old. With this knowledge we will be better prepared to help our furbabies into their senior years. I would recommend it to everyone on this planet. This was even bettet than the last pet summit. The vets who participated are masters in their fields. This was masterclass training. My dogs life will be better because I watched and took notes on the videos. Thank you to Dr Ava Frick and everyone who made this possible.

Everything, these veterinarians have hearts and feelings for the pets they care for, its is heartwarming to know that they want the best interest of the animals in their care. I have had many dogs and cats over the years and have lost two in the last year, both rescues, both with special needs. To hear some of the various problems that I have encountered where I dont now feel I suffered alone, that many others have the same questions and anxiety. I, too, have had my veterinarian come to my home to euthanize as I want this last journey to be a comfortable one for not only my pet but for my husband and the other pets we have in the house, to say goodbye, to sniff the deceased and to know that they have passed. I really learned quite a bit on this summit and thank you for organizing this for the general population. I would recommend this to any animal loving individuals who care about the best for their pets. Very educational and easy to follow and understand.

I can’t say I enjoyed one talk more than another. What I can say is the content of this senior summit was amazing all the way around! I learned so much about keeping senior dogs healthier from nervous system to toenails. Great speakers. Amazing content. Thank you to each and everyone of your speakers and your support staff who made this happen. Absolutely anyone with a senior dog and really, anyone with a mid aged dog that wants to keep them as healthy and happy as possible

I have greatly enjoyed and benefited from watching the Summit. The diversity of speakers afforded everyone an opportunity to hear about issues not normally presented to the general populous, which brought about a rich foundation of information and awareness. Many presenters were obviously in love with animals as are guardians of these special beings. I felt Dr. Frick was exceptional in hosting, deciphering and guiding her interviews. I've been in human natural health care for 35 years which has always been applied to my animals, and still I learned new information! I would recommend this summit to all humans involved with animals at any level. The love and attention we give one another must also be expanded to include God's gift to us in the form of creatures...

Learning a lot about feeding my senior girl, Washee. She’s a house wolf :) turning 9 years old next month and looks, acts great. I have owned and know her bloodline from rescued wild wolves since 1982. Other than eating grass regularly and often regurgitating it which concerns me because she’s always done it. I want to put her on Whole Foods but haven’t found one we are happy with. She’s on high quality dry kibble and very picky. Washee isn’t pictured, that’s my Sue bloodhound in my profile picture. Sue and I aided in the search for missing persons for ten years. she taught me what I know that led to the creation of Family Disaster Dogs and 4 books that train family dogs to help rescue and find family members after disasters. Thanks for the great information and natural health for our four legged friends. I’m sharing this summit with friends and followers.

I have learned so much by listening to as many of the talks from day 1. But while listening to Dr. P.J. Broadfoot which was another excellent talk, I cannot get onto her website from her talk or just putting in Dr.PJB.com ........help..... I have sent the Pet summits information to all my pet friends.

Great information which is much needed. I like the fact that not only are you presenting to us a wide variety of veterinary medical information but also information about what we can do on our own for our dogs. As a senior dog owner this is helping me understand some of my dog’s health issues, how and why they may have developed, and how I can help my dog. Love this summit! Thank you all.

Thank you so much for offering this summit. I learned so much about how to think about our senior dogs. I wish this had been available when I was going through a difficult end with my girl, Coral back in September. I found that much of the information you presented, is not offered by the veterinarian community. I would recommend this summit not only to pet parents but also the veterinarian community at large.

I have learned things about helping my senior dog that I wouldn't have thought of before, or didn't know how. Thanks so much for putting this together! Any dog parent. There's a lot of good information that's beneficial even while a dog is young.
