The email with the subject line, "Welcome to Pet Summits" will contain a link to set your password for the members area. Please select it, create your password and you'll be directed to the members area to begin.
If you have any issues with the "set your password" link, try opening it in an incognito/private browser by right clicking on the link.
Existing Customers:
You'll receive 2 emails from us that include;
1. Your receipt.
2. Your welcome email to the course.
In this second email there will be a link to login to the members area. You must login with your existing password from previous purchases.

The first step is to check the junk/spam folder. Sometimes our emails end up there.
The other reasons you've not received our emails are:
- you made a spelling mistake during checkout
- you're using an Apple email like icloud. Apple is very unreliable due to their privacy features. We recommend using a Gmail account in future.
- other unknown tech issues that pop up from time to time
